Panda Class Blog - March 19th 2025

Dear Panda Parents, We hope you are all well and having a good week! The Pandas looked like they really enjoyed Pamela Peck Discovery Space, and thank you for enabling the children to attend! Here at school, we have been continuing to explore activities using the lens of 'little scientists'. As our Unit of Inquiry draws to a close, we have been reflecting on everything we have been learning about and realise we have learnt a lot, from the water cycle to bridge building, colour mixing and much more! This week, construction is one of our main areas of focus, and this is available during open play as well as at arrival play. The children are working together using half pipes and stands and measuring tapes to see how far toy cars or plastic balls can travel! The children are enjoying exploring ice play in the sensory tray featuring frozen objects and using tools to get them out.
